Electroless Nickel
Electroless nickel is a rack process, suitable for complex shapes and large-size components. We can coat a part up to 4 ft. long, 4 ft. wide, & 4 ft. deep.

Zinc Plating
Zinc Plating using either Hexavalent or Trivalent chromate is processed on one of our barrel plating lines. Barrel plating can accommodate a wide variety of shapes and sizes, as well as different metals and alloys. Generally any part that can fit through the opening in the barrel can be plated. However, heavy parts have a tendency to nest, causing a non-uniform appearance in chromate color. Trivalent chromate is available in clear, yellow, and black. Hexavalent chromate is available in clear, yellow, black, green, blue, red, and olive drab.

Black Oxide
Black oxide is a rack process in which the coating is applied by submersing the parts into a boiling salt solution. The coating penetrates into the base material, therefore there is no dimensional change. We have the capacity to coat a part up to 10 ft. long, 4 ft wide, and 4 ft. deep.

Passivation
Parts can either be racked or dipped to process. During a chemical passivation treatment, the surface of a part is chemically treated by a mild oxidant. The treatment removes free iron and other foreign contaminants and promotes the formation of a chromium-rich corrosion resistant layer. We have the capacity to passivate a part up to 10 ft. long, 4 ft. wide, and 4ft. deep.
